Okay, we're going to get grand here,
but it's going to be good.
My name is Adam.
I'm in the Hellerup office at Implement Consulting Group.
I've been working here for six years and I
work with AI and specifically generative AI.
My area of expertise augments and automates human intelligence.
I really believe that it's the most transformative
technology that we'll see within our lifetime.
I think the augmentation and automation of human intelligence will
transform our societies and our businesses and the world in
profound ways that we haven't seen in maybe the last hundred years.
And right now we are at a point where like we discovered
electricity 18 months ago and we have light bulbs.
That's like chatbots.
So now we're installing light bulbs everywhere.
That's basically the only thing people can imagine.
And nobody has thought about electric engines,
batteries,
electrified cooling,
all these other different
technologies that kind of technologies
that will obviously come down the line.
And I think being part of uncovering
and unpacking that kind of future,
I think is really,
really cool and exciting.
And for me to do that, I need to meet
really important business problems.
And those business problems need to meet this new
weird FOSI technology to be able to identify like
what is the AI equivalent of an electric motor.
I think a really,
really powerful example of a generative
AI transformation comes from an
organization we work with
that was looking to double their operations
without doubling their headcount.
And they saw the productivity effects and the
opportunities of AI to play a key role in that.
So we worked really closely with them and did a
combined strategy and technical implementation.
So they had to set up a strategic vision,
a strategic approach to AI to figure out how they
would achieve their goals using the technology.
But because we could build at the same time,
we had an AI lab where we could test it,
what theirучest ideas.
It allowed the strategy and try this aspect to model a great idea.
This Nearby.
But also, the advantages of planning
There are many reasons to be excited about AI,
from just the models getting more and more clever,
to the price of one level of intelligence just going down,
to the models being able to work with more different kinds of data,
like images and video and audio,
or the models being able to interact in
these much more complicated agent workflows.
We have more and more studies showing that people
are just way more productive when working with AI,
like 30% more productive.
That's 10 years of global growth from a single technology.
We see that this is a democratizing technology.
It helps people who are the least skilled the most.
We haven't seen anything like that within our lifetime.
So I think realizing the potential of that helping
companies and businesses and organizations of
the world actually achieve that kind of target,
really,
really empowering.
I think one of the most impressive things is the
combined compound effects of these different trends.
If we just had one of them,
that would be a huge disruption to the world.
But the truth is that over the next few years,
we'll see all of this happen all at once.
And there's no really going back from that.
Like it's not hard to see the value and the opportunities in it.
But getting more concrete and actually having
the imagination to see it in your own company,
to see it in your own businesses is way,
way harder.
I think one of the key things holding a lot of
organizations back is actually a lack of imagination.
I know a lot of other consultancies and a lot of colleagues,
and they're also right,
would say that it's about capabilities and it's about roadmaps
and prioritizations and leadership and all these things.
And it's all true.
But I think what really is missing a lot of cases
is a lack of imagination for what the technology is.
I'm working more with imagination and people's ability
to see possible futures than I ever thought I would.
And I think it's both exciting and really
hard to open people's minds to that.
I think inspiration is almost a poor word for it.
It's not really encompassing what we do.
So I'm starting to say I think the most important learning
is for us to help expand the imagination of clients.
Thank you.
