Last year,
the last two years actually,
we've been heavily invested in our commercial capabilities.
And this is one of the,
I would say one of the flagship projects for us,
changing how we sell.
Televox had a very clear vision about what
the end goal looked like on a higher level.
What we needed support with was of course,
how do we break down that end goal,
that end vision,
that to be state,
in milestones that really took the whole
organization into a different way of working.
We understood that we need to focus on changing the
dialogue between the sales representative and the customers.
Focusing more on the value that Televox can bring to their customers.
But significant change isn't everything
unless we can make it sustainable.
And this is the really exciting and important area of changing the
conversation between sales managers and the sales representatives.
So in all essence,
you could say that way of selling is the conversation we have
between a sales rep or an account managers with the customer.
The way of leading sales.
The way of leading sales is the conversation we have between executive
managers or sales managers with our sales reps or account managers.
So the internal dialogue is the
way of leading sales and external dialogue
with customers is the way of selling.
The way of leading was co-created
together with the managers at Televox,
the sales managers.
And this is where the change happens.
So if you're changing the way of leading,
you will also change the way that conversations are
being made in the interactions with the customers.
So we have one core principle in implement
that I actually one of my personal favorites,
and it's fun,
fast and rewarding.
Fun, because we work with people.
Fun, because we work with people.
Fast, because we need to create tempo and momentum in the project.
And rewarding,
because people will stop doing things if they don't
realize that this is something that is beneficial for me.
The very hands-on collaboration we had.
Less powerpointing and more doing.
So we did a lot of trial and error,
and we had some really good coaching
sessions where we tried the new stuff out.
There was a lot of debate.
There was a lot of debate as well.
What does great look like?
Which in the end really took us to an even,
you know,
higher level regarding the to-be state.
Honestly,
I'm really impressed with the agility that we
experienced working with really inspiring people that
could challenge you on your ideas and your thoughts,
as well as allowing themselves to be challenged on their visions or
and the end goals in the project.
Looking back at last year,
comparing to 2019,
we had a new sales increase of 28%.
We see some great development in the more soft areas,
which we of course also measure.
The feeling of professionalism and doing something meaningful.
It's really increased.
I would say the thing that I'm mostly proud of is
that we've seen the satisfaction score among our
employees increasing with almost 100% since April 2019.
One other area where we have seen impact was that we
won commercial excellence prize of the year in 2020.
And we're hoping that this will attract even more great people.
